Description
The main body material is the original CORDURA Ballistic® fabric, which uses 66 nylon thread of 1000D for the warp thread and 840D for the weft thread.
The warp yarn is made of 500D bright yarn, which is processed with ATY processing (using a machine to incorporate air into the yarn itself) to create a spun-like look, and then the two twisted yarns are pulled together, and the weft yarn is made of 420D bright yarn. The fabric is made of two twisted strands aligned together and woven into an oxford weave, making it a very durable fabric.
In addition, by using threads with different standards for both length and width, the fabric has a deep depth with just the right amount of luster.
The attached leather is made from high-quality steer leather from North America, and is tanned with vegetable tannin, which is gentle on the environment and the human body, without the use of chemicals or harmful substances that cause environmental pollution.
The factory’s proprietary dyeing and fatliquing processing technology gives it a soft feel, yet has elasticity, firmness to the touch, and transparency.
For the finishing touch, the oil glazing is done by hand by a craftsman, and while the condition of the finish is checked, the leather is given a layer of felt buffing to give it the best touch.
The front buckle allows you to put on and take off clothes, and it also serves as an accent to the design.
In addition, the brand name uses an original AS2OV name plate made of brass material that can be enjoyed over time.
This is a series with an outdoor feel that uses original fabric and metal fittings.
